Talent Complete is looking for a motivated Tax Coordinator on a global SAP project.

Main responsibilities: 

• Global Tax Project Coordination Coordinating and supporting tax teams and litigation experts across international ERP initiatives.
• Stakeholder and Advisory Collaboration Working closely with local tax advisors, business teams, and project stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Tax Fit-to-Gap Analysis Conducting fit-to-gap analysis to identify discrepancies, compliance gaps, and business process requirements.
• Business Requirements Management Preparing and documenting business requirements for tax-related system and process changes.
• Multi-Jurisdiction Tax Implementation Oversight Overseeing simultaneous tax implementations across multiple countries and operational entities.
• Tax Process and ERP Alignment Supporting alignment of tax processes with ERP system capabilities and operational workflows.
• Business Support and Solution Communication Helping business teams understand tax solutions and their impact on operational processes.
• Cross-Functional Project Collaboration Collaborating with project managers and international stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Tax Process Knowledge General understanding of tax processes and operational tax-related activities.
• ERP and Business Process Understanding Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with ERP systems.
• Tax Operations Experience Experience with processes such as order-to-cash, source-to-pay, budgeting, or company-level reporting.
• International Project Environment Experience Experience working in international environments with independent priority management.
• Stakeholder Communication Skills Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and project managers at multiple organizational levels.
• Business Requirements and Analysis Skills Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for system changes.
• Collaboration and Teamwork Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and international teams.
