Main responsibilities:

• IT Project Delivery Leadership – Leading the execution of IT infrastructure and system-related projects across the organization.
• Project Planning and Risk Management – Developing project plans, risk assessments, and contingency strategies for successful delivery.
• System Standards and Performance Optimization – Defining system standards and recommending improvements to enhance performance.
• Best Practices and Documentation – Creating and maintaining best practices, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Technology Evaluation and Selection – Assessing hardware, software, and vendors to support strategic technology decisions.
• Advanced Troubleshooting and Support – Diagnosing and resolving complex issues across on‑premise and cloud‑based environments.
• Infrastructure Management and Operations – Managing systems in physical and virtual environments ensuring stability and availability.
• Team Coaching and Mentoring – Supporting and mentoring team members to improve technical skills and knowledge sharing.

• Microsoft Certification or Equivalent – Relevant certifications in system administration or Microsoft technologies.
• Windows Server Expertise – Advanced knowledge of Windows Server environments and Microsoft application technologies.
• Networking and System Fundamentals – Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting concepts.
• Group Policy Management Skills – Advanced experience designing and configuring Group Policies.
• Cloud Platform Expertise – Strong knowledge of cloud services including Microsoft 365, Azure, and device management solutions.
• Scripting and Automation Skills – Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.
• Directory Services Management – Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP user and group administration.
• Virtualization Technologies Experience – Experience working with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
