Senior SAP EWM Consultant

Talent Complete is looking for a motivated Senior SAP EWM Consultant.

Form of cooperation – Perm

Location – Hybrid / Barcelona, Spain

Engagement: Full-time

Main responsibilities: 

• SAP EWM Implementation Leadership – Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and global rollouts, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Warehouse Process Design – Design, configure, and optimize complex warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, storage, task, labor, and yard management.
• Business & Stakeholder Collaboration – Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and coordinate solution delivery with global stakeholders.
• Support & Issue Resolution – Provide Level 3 support, troubleshoot complex SAP EWM issues, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability.
• Cross-Functional Integration – Coordinate integrations between SAP EWM, TM, MM, PP, SD, ERP, and third-party warehouse automation solutions.
• Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing – Mentor SAP consultants, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to the continuous development of EWM competencies.
• Roadmap & Process Optimization – Drive the SAP EWM roadmap, identify automation opportunities, improve warehouse processes, and maintain project documentation and compliance.

• SAP EWM Experience – Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience with at least three large-scale global implementation projects.
• Warehouse Management Expertise – Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, storage, wave management, packing, physical inventory, and RF framework processes.
• SAP Integration Knowledge – Proven experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, TM, MM, PP, SD, and ERP environments.
• Implementation & Configuration Skills – Experience designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP EWM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Business & Stakeholder Management – Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills gained in multicultural global organizations.
• Education & Language Skills – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field with professional English proficiency.
• Warehouse Automation Knowledge – Experience working with warehouse automation technologies and Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
