SAP PTP Business Analysis ERP Expert

Talent Complete is looking for a motivated SAP PTP Business Analysis ERP Expert.

Form of cooperation – Perm

Location – Remote/Poland

Engagement: Full-time

Main responsibilities:

SAP PTP Process Analysis – Develop strong knowledge of global Procure-to-Pay processes and support rapid solution design within a short timeframe.
Business Stakeholder Collaboration – Build effective relationships with business users and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
SAP Solution Evaluation – Analyze cross-stream impacts of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with SAP standards and enterprise templates.
SAP MM Process Support – Support SAP Material Management processes and integrations with related modules including SD, PP, and FICO.
Problem Analysis & Resolution – Investigate complex business and technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
SAP Project & Support Activities – Contribute to SAP implementations, system support, change management, and incident resolution activities.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing – Collaborate in global teams, support junior analysts, and promote continuous process improvements.

Requirements (must have):

SAP MM Experience – Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP Material Management processes and related business solutions.
PTP Process Knowledge – Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and integration with SAP enterprise modules.
SAP Support Experience – Proven experience working in SAP support environments and/or SAP implementation projects.
Analytical Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze complex issues, evaluate solutions, and implement effective improvements.
Business Communication Skills – Excellent English communication skills with experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
Independent Working Style – Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in remote global environments.
SAP Integration Knowledge – Experience understanding integrations between SAP MM, SD, PP, and FICO modules.

Requirements (nice to have):

SAP Solution Manager Experience – Experience using SAP Solution Manager for changes, transports, and incident management.
SAP VIM Knowledge – Experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management solutions.
eProcurement Experience – Knowledge of JAGGAER eProcurement platforms and related processes.
Manufacturing Experience – Experience supporting SAP solutions within manufacturing environments.
SAP Coaching Experience – Experience mentoring junior business analysts or team members.
