We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Solution Architect to lead the global template design and architecture governance. This role is accountable for end-to-end solution integrity, integration architecture, and scalability across S/4HANA and ECC environments.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong architectural ownership and stakeholder confidence at global level.

Main responsibilities: 

• Own the global SAP Fieldglass solution architecture
• Design end-to-end integration architecture (Fieldglass ↔ SAP S/4HANA & ECC, non-SAP)
• Define and govern template standards
• Lead connector strategy (including MM/I2P integrations)
• Oversee multi-country rollouts
• Ensure alignment with the customer IT governance and compliance standards
• Act as escalation point for complex design topics

• 7+ years SAP Fieldglass experience
• Proven experience as Solution Architect in global template programs
• Strong knowledge of Fieldglass architecture & connectors
• Experience with financial integrations and SAP MM
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/life sciences preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
