For an international IT company located in Warsaw, Poland we are looking for motivated sales talent to be one of the first on the ground to kickstart a career in IT & Engineering services. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and driving sales growth in this key region. The sales development specialist will work cooperatively with the international sales team to penetrate new opportunities while meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets. This position requires aggresive identification and qualification of new business opportunities/prospects through cold calling, email, web offline based initiatives. 

• As a valuable member of our team, you will be entrusted with the development of functions on our “Embedded Linux” platform.
• You will play a key role in the ongoing improvement and evolution of our development methodology and software platform.
• You will actively participate in the development process, starting from the initial prototype phase and continuing through to series production.
• Your responsibilities will also include specifying and accepting work packages for external development teams.
• You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in the development process.
• Ensuring software quality is one of your core tasks, achieved through conducting code reviews and error analysis in collaboration with internal and external development teams.

Qualifications

Experience and know-how:

• Possess a completed degree in computer science or an equivalent education, with a master’s degree or higher.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience and extensive expertise in “Embedded Linux.”
• Exhibit knowledge of various communication protocols, including HTTPS, MQTT, XMPP, TCP/IP, CAN, Modbus, and IT security.
• Demonstrate a successful track record of implementing projects using C, C++, and a scripting language.
• Be experienced in continuous integration (CI/CD) and automating software tests.
• Be familiar with agile working methods, contributing to efficient and flexible project management.
• Have prior experience collaborating with international and external service providers.
• Possess strong communication skills in English, enabling effective communication with international stakeholders.
