We are currently looking for an experienced technology leader who combines hands-on software development, solution architecture, and technical leadership experience. The role combines hands-on engineering, architecture ownership, technical leadership, mentoring, and implementation of AI-driven software delivery practices.

Main responsibilities: 

• Technical and Team Leadership Leading engineering teams, providing technical direction, and driving strategic technology initiatives.
• AI-Driven Solution Architecture Designing and delivering next-generation AI-enabled applications and enterprise software solutions.
• End-to-End Software Delivery Leading the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of complex software systems.
• Architecture and Engineering Standards Promoting best practices, technical standards, and continuous improvement across development teams.
• Product and Stakeholder Collaboration Working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Mentoring and Quality Assurance Coaching engineers, supporting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• DevOps, Operations and Support Ensuring solution compliance, supporting incident resolution, and driving DevOps excellence.
• GenAI Innovation and Adoption Driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools, agentic workflows, and modern software engineering practices.

• Software Engineering Leadership Experience Strong experience delivering software projects within complex global enterprise environments.
• Architecture and Technical Leadership Expertise Extensive experience as an IT Architect or Tech Lead applying Agile, DDD, CQRS, CLEAN, and SOLID principles.
• Full-Stack Development Skills Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, RESTful application development, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Azure Cloud Platform Expertise Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, App Services, SQL, and MongoDB.
• AI-Assisted Development Experience Hands-on experience with AI-enabled engineering tools and agent-based development approaches.
• Test-Driven Development Practices Experience with automated testing, TDD, specification-driven development, and modern testing frameworks.
• DevOps and Delivery Automation Knowledge Strong experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and operational engineering.
• Communication and Leadership Skills B2+ English proficiency with the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
