Data Analyst

Main responsibilities: 

• Data Analysis and Validation Performing data analysis, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Service Operations Support Supporting day-to-day operational processes, issue resolution, and service delivery activities.
• SQL Query Development Creating and executing SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and operational analysis.
• Automation and Process Improvement Developing automation solutions and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Operational Reporting and Monitoring Producing reports, monitoring operational performance, and supporting decision-making processes.
• Stakeholder Communication and Coordination Collaborating with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate findings, and drive outcomes.
• Service Management and Controls Supporting service management processes, operational controls, and governance activities.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives Contributing to process enhancements that improve user experience and operational effectiveness.

• IT Operations Experience Experience managing IT services or operational processes while meeting agreed service levels and timelines.
• SQL and Data Validation Skills Working knowledge of SQL for querying, scripting, and validating data quality and accuracy.
• Programming and Automation Skills Experience with scripting or programming for automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operational Support Experience Experience supporting daily service operations, troubleshooting issues, and making informed decisions.
• Service Management Knowledge Understanding of service management processes, operational controls, and reporting practices.
• Process Improvement Experience Ability to identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience.
• Stakeholder Management Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities across business and technical teams.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable outcomes.

Requirements (nice to have):

• Dashboard and Reporting Experience Experience creating dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
• Cloud Platform Knowledge Understanding of cloud computing services and platform capabilities.
• IT Service Management Framework Knowledge Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices.
• Agile Delivery Experience Experience working with Agile methodologies and related collaboration tools.
• Vendor Collaboration Experience Experience working with offshore teams or external service providers.
