Business Analyst / IT Lead

Talent Complete is looking for a motivated Business Analyst / IT Lead

Main responsibilities:  

• Business Requirements Analysis – Analyze business requirements, identify functional and technical impacts, and define solution approaches aligned with integrated systems and overall business objectives.
• Solution Design & Definition – Translate business needs into structured solution concepts rather than simply documenting requirements, considering system interactions, dependencies, and technical constraints.
• Cross-System Impact Analysis – Assess impacts across APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, SAP environments, web applications, data flows, and other interconnected systems.
• Solutioning & Delivery Coordination – Drive solutioning activities across multiple features while keeping track of scope, dependencies, key decisions, and delivery timelines established by the IT Project Manager.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Product Owners, BPOs, IT Project Managers, IT Leaders, developers, and other system teams to maintain alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Technical & Business Translation – Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting communication to different audiences and ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and solutions.
• Complex Problem Solving – Break down complex problems into manageable components, identify potential issues and dependencies early, and proactively drive discussions toward practical solutions.
• Agile Delivery Support – Contribute to Agile software delivery processes and support solution development across complex, distributed enterprise environments.

• Business Analysis Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or IT Lead working with integrated web-based solutions in complex environments.
• Solution-Oriented Analysis – Strong ability to analyze business requirements, identify functional and technical impacts, and define practical solution approaches aligned with business needs.
• Enterprise Systems Knowledge – Good understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, SAP environments, data flows, system dependencies, and web applications.
• Complex Environment Experience – Proven ability to work with multiple features and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining awareness of overall scope, dependencies, and key functional and technical decisions.
• Stakeholder Management – Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, managers, IT leaders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Technical Communication – Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and communicate business requirements effectively to technical teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems, identify potential risks and dependencies, and address issues before development begins.
• Agile Delivery Knowledge – Understanding of Agile delivery models and software development lifecycles, with the ability to support solutioning activities within iterative delivery environments.
