We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET + React). The role combines both new feature development and optimization / maintenance of existing solutions, so we need someone who enjoys solving real engineering challenges — not only building standard CRUD applications.

Main responsibilities: 

• Fullstack Application Development Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using React on the frontend and .NET on the backend.
• Backend Services and API Development Building and maintaining scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Database Development and Management Working with MS SQL Server, including complex queries, data models, and database optimization.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization Identifying and resolving application, database, and infrastructure performance bottlenecks.
• Frontend Development with Modern Frameworks Contributing to frontend applications built with React and Svelte/SvelteKit.
• Infrastructure and DevOps Collaboration Working with DevOps teams and supporting Infrastructure as Code practices.
• AI-Driven Software Development Leveraging AI tools and LLMs to improve code quality, automation, debugging, and development efficiency.
• Agile Delivery and System Maintenance Supporting both new feature development and ongoing maintenance within Agile delivery processes.

• Fullstack Development Experience Strong commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer delivering production-grade applications.
• React Expertise Excellent knowledge of React and modern frontend development practices.
• .NET Development Skills Strong experience with .NET, including ASP.NET Core and Web API development.
• MS SQL Server Expertise Hands-on experience with SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
• Svelte/SvelteKit Experience Proven production experience developing applications with Svelte or SvelteKit.
• Performance Optimization Knowledge Experience diagnosing and resolving application and database performance issues.
• AI-Assisted Development Experience Practical use of AI tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and productivity improvements.
• Independent Work and Agile Collaboration Ability to work autonomously in Agile environments with strong English communication skills.
