Talent Complete is looking for a motivated OneTrust Senior Engineer.

Main responsibilities: 

• IT Project Delivery Leadership Leading delivery of IT projects across systems, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
• Project Planning and Risk Management Developing project plans, risk assessments, and contingency strategies for execution.
• System Standards and Optimization Defining system standards and recommending improvements for performance and stability.
• Best Practices and Documentation Creating and maintaining operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Technology and Vendor Evaluation Supporting evaluation of hardware, software, and vendor solutions.
• Advanced Troubleshooting and Support Resolving complex issues across on-premise and cloud-based environments.
• Infrastructure Operations Management Managing systems across physical and virtual environments ensuring reliability.
• Team Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing Coaching team members and promoting technical growth and collaboration.

• Microsoft Certification or Equivalent Relevant certification in system administration or enterprise technologies.
• Windows Server and Microsoft Stack Expertise Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft application technologies.
• Networking and Troubleshooting Skills Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting concepts.
• Group Policy Management Expertise Advanced experience designing and configuring Group Policies.
• Cloud Platform Knowledge Strong expertise in cloud services including Microsoft 365, Azure, and device management solutions.
• Scripting and Automation Skills Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Directory Services Expertise Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP administration.
• Virtualization Technologies Experience Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
