SAP EWM Consultant 

For an international IT company located in Warsaw, Poland we are looking for motivated sales talent to be one of the first on the ground to kickstart a career in IT & Engineering services. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and driving sales growth in this key region. The sales development specialist will work cooperatively with the international sales team to penetrate new opportunities while meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets. This position requires aggresive identification and qualification of new business opportunities/prospects through cold calling, email, web offline based initiatives. 

 

The main tasks:

 

As part of our global team of experts, you will collaborate and implement
cross-departmental solutions to ensure exceptional user-friendliness. We are
dedicated to streamlining processes and achieving top-notch standards, actively
involved in digital transformation, including migrating to SAP S/4.

 

Your role will focus on coordinating and enabling process standardization
in collaboration with other Process Experts, Process Managers, and Company’s
in-house IT departments. Being a member of the S/4 transformation program, you
will play a key role in shaping future logistics execution processes for all
entities. This will involve defining workbooks, conducting testing and process
release, and facilitating smooth handovers to the rollout project teams.

 

In your capacity, you will offer advice, training, and guidance to process
experts and key users at the plants during their transition from the existing
SAP R/3 application landscape to S/4HANA. Additionally, you will provide
ongoing support and consultation for process-related incidents once the new
applications are live.

 

 

The Candidate should have:

 

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on functional experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and expertise in managing interface processes with interconnected process areas. Demonstrated proficiency in profound process knowledge, customizing, extensive consulting, rollout experience, test management, and providing user support and training.
  • Competence in warehouse management solutions, particularly in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple requirements and project activities, taking into account schedules and priorities.
  • A team player with strong self-organization, a structured approach, a sense of responsibility, and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills, enabling the design of comprehensive and sustainable solutions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel for international projects.
