Qualifications:

• You adopt an Infrastructure as Code mindset, utilizing Terraform along with Azure DevOps pipelines as our preferred technology stack.
• You have hands-on experience with GCP, specifically in constructing platforms on top of it for public cloud usage.
• You are well-versed in utilizing managed GCP services such as GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine), GCS (Google Cloud Storage), BQ (BigQuery), and Dataproc.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and Go is preferred.
• You have practical expertise in implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
• You possess knowledge of secure authentication and encrypted workloads, including OIDC (OpenID Connect), KMS (Key Management Service), and client/server SSL/TLS.
• You demonstrate a strong willingness to continually learn and enhance your skills, with a potential advantage of contributing to Open Source projects.
• Your ability to articulate ideas, facts, and opinions clearly is exceptional. Additionally, your experience in elaborating complex ideas as part of design pages makes you an excellent collaborator.

Responsibilities:

• Configuring, installing, and integrating Looker within the existing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
• Providing ongoing operational support for Looker after installation and assisting its users.
• Maintaining the components of the data analytics platform.
• Developing and conducting experiments to enhance the architecture.
• Creating solutions that are cloud-ready and based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Managing the monitoring and alerting system for the platform.
• Automating repetitive tasks and eliminating manual work using code.
